Returns
All customers can return unused or unopened single products for a refund within 30 days from the original date of purchase and must be received in our warehouse prior to the end of the 30 days. If items are returned after the 30 days from the original date of purchase, no refund will be issued. We are not responsible for delays in return shipping. Restocking fees, original shipping and/or return shipping fees are not included in any refund. A RMA number must be issued and accompany all refund requests. See the REFUNDS section for complete details.
Satisfaction Guarantee/Warranty
All products in the store have a NuPlexa 100% guarantee.
This means that we guarantee that the ingredients we say are in the product are actually in the product. While many people have had great, life-changing results using our “All Natural” products, because we are “All Natural” and not a big drug company, according to FDA regulations, we must tell you that none of the products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. You have to decide if you want something “Natural” or if you want to continue on the Medical Merry-go-round that only treats symptoms and usually never gets to the ROOT cause of any of your problems.
Qualifying Products
For a product to be eligible for a refund, it must be a single bottled product purchased. Magic Tea Boxes, Books, CD’s, Apparel, Healthy for Life Kits and 90 Day programs or any other Kits are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Restocking Fee
All products have a restocking fee if a return is authorized. This fee will be charged when the item is returned within the 30 day return policy, as stated above. You will receive a refund minus the restocking fee minus the original shipping and handling. All products have a 15% restocking fee.
All refunds are given in the form they were paid, minus the restocking, shipping and handling fees. Refunds by Credit Card take up to 14 Days. Refunds by check take 2 to 4 weeks.
RMA Numbers
For a product to be eligible for a refund, it must have a RMA Number. RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization. You must include this number with the returned item(s) in order for our shipping department to receive the product back. Products returned without a RMA Number, will be discarded and no refunds will be issued.
